• Are there any upfront costs?
No, PCS provide you with the full end to end solution which includes all hardware, software, insurance, cash collection and next day value of cash to your bank account

Our smart safe solution cost is as low as 0.36% of note value but varies depending on your cash volumes
• How does PCS get paid?
The PCS fee is collected out of the last next day value transfer of each month to make account reconciliation simple and straightforward
• Is there any risk for me not getting my cash?
No, 100% of your prior day cash lodgement to the smart safe will be wired directly to your bank account even before the cash has left your premises. The cash within the smart safe is fully insured at all times under a PCS insurance policy
• Will I be able to save money on my insurance?
Probably, as PCS are now insuring the cash within the smart safe there is no need for you to insure cash on your premises – but this will be a discussion between you and your insurance company!
• Can I use my own CIT?
Yes, provided they meet our due diligence requirements in terms of service, custody/trusteeship and insurance
• Can my staff get their floats from the smart safe each day?
Yes, depending on the smart safe you choose, cashiers starting their shift can get a pre defined float dispensed to them in just a few key strokes
• Can my staff get change from the smart safe throughout the day?
Yes, making change is a huge part of any business’s day-to-day activities. As and when cashiers need change throughout the day they can go back to the smart safe and withdraw speedily and easily

The PCS solution provides you with web based real-time reporting of your cash position for a more efficient accounting and cash reconciliation.
